Florida Orange Miso Vinaigrette Glaze

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (480 ml) Florida orange Juice
  • 8 ounces (240 ml) shiro or white miso
  • 2 ounces olive oil

Instruction

Whisk all  ingredients together until smooth.  Taste and add more orange juice if desired.

Serving suggestions: Use Florida Orange Miso as vinaigrette salad dressing for tossed greens or coleslaw mix. Brush Florida Orange Miso on chicken, fish, beef or vegetables before roasting or grilling; baste during cooking to create glaze.

Makes approximately 3 cups
