Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Florida orange juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Florida grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 serrano chile, stemmed and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds, optional
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients together and let flavors marry for at least 1 hour before using.
2. Refrigerate remaining sauce.
