Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) Florida Orange Juice
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 2 pounds large shrimp, cooked, coarsely chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 ½ cups)
- 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Preparation
Combine orange juice, lime juice and sriracha sauce. Toss shrimp with juice mixture. Add avocado, mango, green onions and cilantro.
