Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a resident Canada
Only one entry per person is allowed from each Instagram account.
Giveaway opens from 10:00 am (MST) on April 5, 2025 and closes 11:59 pm (MST) on April 6, 2025. Entries must be received during this period to be valid.
Five prize winners (5) will be drawn at random for a chance to win one (1) prize pack valued at $100.00 CAD.
The winners (five total) will be randomly selected on April 8, 2025. If the chosen winner(s) does/do not respond within 24 hours to their prize notification, another winner will be selected at random in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Each individual winner will be required to correctly answer a skill testing question to be declared a winner.
The Florida Department of Citrus (the Promoter) will not contact the winner for any credit card or financial information. The Promoter will collect knowledge and consent from the winner(s) required for the collection of personal information for prize delivery.
The collection of personal mailing information must be limited to that which is needed for the purposes identified by the organization. Information must be collected by fair and lawful means.
The Promoter will contact the selected winners via Instagram direct message through the account @floridaorangejuiceca about prize delivery mailing information. Only this account will contact winners. Any other contact made by other individuals or accounts will be considered spam and the Promoter is not liable for any correspondence.
Winners will receive the awarded prize via FedEx. Please allow up to 40 days for the delivery of the prize.
All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable towards any other offers. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
Those involved in the promotion and execution of this prize draw, as well as employees of the company and their relatives, are not eligible for entry.
