Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1 cup (250ml) Florida Orange Juice
- 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen mangos or 1 cup canned mango puree*
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh fruit for garnish
Notes: If using canned mango puree, adjust sweetness level to taste.

- In a small saucepan, combine water and gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened.
- Heat gelatin mixture over low heat until dissolved. Add orange juice and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- Add mangos to blender and puree until smooth before blending in gelatin mixture, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Divide evenly between 4 glasses or ramekins. Place in fridge to set for about 4 hours, or overnight.
- Garnish with your favourite fruit and serve cold.
