Winners will receive a complimentary condensed yoga and mindfulness session hosted by Sweat and Tonic, light Florida OJ inspired snacks and beverages and an on-site Q+A with PWHL and Team Canada’s dietitian along with star hockey player, Natalie Spooner and a giveaway bag valued at around $100 CAD each.
- All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable towards any other offers. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
