Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) Florida Orange Juice
- ½ cup (120 ml) plain almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 scoop of walnuts
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne
- A few ice cubes
- 1 scoop plain protein powder (optional)
Preparation
1. In a large blender add Florida Orange Juice, almond milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, turmeric, walnuts, cayenne, ice cubes and protein powder.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Portion out into tall glasses.
