Ingredients
- 1 Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 1 ½ cups ice
- ½ cup Rosé
- Mint, for garnish
Preparation
1. Cut Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit in half. Reserve one half for garnish.
2. Take remaining half of Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit and juice until you have ½ cup of Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.
3. Combine ice, rosé and Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice in a blender.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with mint leaves and Florida Grapefruit slices.
Helpful Tips:
Use simple syrup and rim the glass with sugar to sweeten the cocktail beverage.
For added flavor try adding the chopped mint prior to blending.
