Ingredients
- 125 ml Florida orange juice
- 60 ml Florida grapefruit juice
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 serrano chili, stemmed and sliced
- 1/4 medium green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds, optional
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients together and let flavours marry for at least 1 hour before using.Refrigerate remaining sauce.
