Ingredients
- 250 ml pink Florida grapefruit juice
- 250 g nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar, honey or sweetener, optional
- Fresh mint sprig, optional
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.Add agave or other sweetener and garnish with fresh mint sprig, if desired.
