Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 3 oz. vegetable oil
- Chili powder, to taste
- Cumin, to taste
Preparation
1. Turn your oven’s broiler on high.
2. Slice Florida Grapefruit in half.
3. Drizzle the flesh of the Florida Grapefruit with vegetable oil, then sprinkle with chili powder and cumin to your taste.
4. Place under broiler in oven-safe dish for 4-6 minutes or until flesh has browned and crisped.
5. Serve immediately.
