Spring Clean Your Diet

After a long winter of comfort food and quick fixes, it’s time for a change. While you’re spring cleaning your home, why not freshen up your diet too? Here are some easy ways you can update your food choices.   

  • ·         Incorporate in-season product to your meals. Fruits and veggies are a great way to add colour, taste and nutrition.
