Seems like a simple enough concept, right? There's certainly no shortage of information available on proper nutrition, and most of us know by now what we should feed our bodies to keep them healthy and strong. We know vitamin C can help us to fight off illnesses like the flu and common cold. We know that calcium and magnesium help us to build strong bones and teeth. And we are aware that our bodies require potassium, vitamin A, fibre and iron.
